He has also served as an Adjunct Law Professor at multiple law schools, teaching contract law, trademark law, copyright law and legal writing.
Gregg’s legal and business experience is just as impressive. He began his career working for 10 years at one of the world’s top law firms (Proskauer Rose), where he handled commercial litigation, corporate, intellectual property, employment and other legal matters at the highest of levels. Gregg additionally served as the administrative head of Proskauer’s global trademark prosecution and trademark licensing practice groups, managing and supervising a large group of attorneys and paralegals in those areas.
Gregg also has top in-house legal and business experience. After leaving Proskauer, Gregg spent more than 10 years serving as General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of various global businesses where he led the legal, human resource and other business divisions of multi-national apparel, media, technology and consumer product companies.
Through Donnenfeld Law PLLC, Gregg now serves as an attorney for individuals and businesses operating in the technology, apparel, sports, media, retail, entertainment, music, consumer product and other industries. For many of these clients, Gregg serves as outside General Counsel, entrusted with the handling and/or management of all legal matters. Gregg’s work ranges from his handling of routine day-to-day matters to very large and complex transactions and/or disputes with tens of millions of dollars at issue.
